Bachelor in business, management, commercial, or a related field.
2+ years experience in commercial areas in the technology industry.
Excellent collaboration skills to work successfully with team members, and internal and external partners
High-level selling and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to anticipate customer needs, offer solutions and overcome objections.
Must be located in the USA, preferably Jacksonville, FL area.
Evaluate and classify commercial opportunities.
Drive new business and expand business with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate existing customer needs to drive large deals.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and social media.
Grow pipelines and manage opportunities to ensure exceed sales quotas.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals on services.
Survey and analysis of business requirements and identification of needs for change or improvement of business processes or applications.
Develop the activities defined in the ERP implementation methodology
Support project management in the construction of the project work plan.
Remain in constant communication with the client to manage their requirements.
Identify businesses and their opportunities according to the company's needs.
Perform technical reports according to the client's requirements supported by the development area and the project manager.
Prepare demonstrative process flows on the software solution based on customer needs.
