Terms and conditions of the Free route:  

  • Exclusive offer for new customers who purchase Odoo Enterprise subscription licensing.

  • Applies only to subscriptions that install 2 or more Odoo Enterprise applications.

  • The purchase of the Odoo subscription license must be made through Pragmatic SAS as an official Odoo Enterprise partner and must have a minimum contract term of one (1) year 

  • The client agrees to dedicate as much time and effort as possible to implement Odoo Enterprise in their organization at their own expense with the initial support provided by Pragmatic. Therefore, free advice does not guarantee specific results and the client agrees to use it at their own risk, releasing Pragmatic from any liability. 

  • The advisory service is scheduled and provided remotely through the Microsoft Teams tool. 

  • The advisory service has an exclusive functional scope in Odoo Enterprise and / Online infrastructure, it does not include: accounting advice, adjustments with Odoo Studio, software development by code, automations and/or planned actions.

  • The infrastructure advisory service applies exclusively to Odoo online and No advice will be provided on own infrastructure or own servers. 

  • The time in hours of service (XXX hours) given by Pragmatic will be valid for XXXX days from the purchase of the Odoo Enterprise subscription license and will be carried out up to a maximum (XXX) work sessions. 

  • Pragmatic and the client will jointly agree how the service hours will be used according to the availability of the parties. 

  • The attention and service hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Colombia time, 9am-4pm US Eastern Standard Time) on business days. 

  • The minimum fraction of service time for each session is one (1) hour. 

  • The work sessions will be previously scheduled. In case of cancellation by the client, it must be no less than 1 business day in advance. Otherwise, the time will be deducted. 

  • Any information shared with the client during the free consultation will be kept completely confidential. 

  • The main communication channel between the client and Pragmatic will be the assigned commercial consultant. 

  • Pragmatic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice via email.
